As a guest of this condo, you have access to the 10,000 SF free-form pool, the shops, and restaurants of the Diria Resort as well as access to the beach by walking through the Resort. The famous Tamarindo beach is only 150 yards away and you are right in town, within walking distance of just about everything. This property is only 150 meters from Tamarindo Beach. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.
The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. With over 1500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Spacious living and dining areas. Flat-screen TV in the family room, cable TV, high speed "Wireless 5G", phone, and central A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has two Queen size beds. Inside utility room. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security, and secure parking.
As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps to get you started. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and a 4-burner gas grill.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

The Diria complex is classic and one of the best places you can stay in Guanacaste. The unit is one of the cleaner and more updated in the Diria condos. Great spot and you can walk out your back door to the pool.
We were very happy with Matapalo 104. Perfect location. Great condo and amenities. Would book again without hesitation.

Great experience renting through Bluewater/Blue Zone. The team did a great job and were very accommodating. There are many condos and properties to rent through Blue Water but I would highly recommend looking at the Matapalo condos and specifically #104. The unit is well appointed and fully stocked with all that you need. You are on the ground floor so you can walk right off the back patio to the beautiful pool or to any of the shops and restaurants in a couple minutes. This is the best place to stay in Tamarindo!
