This condo provided a terrific place for our family of 5 to have as a home base. Spacious, clean and conveniently located on the Hotel Diria property. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the timely response from the host management company when we had a minor toilet issue. This condo is a terrific option for a family or group of friends in Tamarindo!

Our stay at Matapalo 102 was awesome. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, and you can't beat the amazing pool and the Diria beach access that comes with the condo rental. I had my baby and my toddler with me and the unit was kid friendly in terms of convenience and safety. The ground level was key for us and we were able to park almost right outside the door which was great. Plenty of space inside and a generous amount of offerings including fluffy clean bath and beach towels, nice pots and pans, and good kitchen amenities. The only negative part of our stay was the mosquitoes. However, this is not a reflection of the unit so much as the ample amount of vegetation on the condo grounds and the time of year (beginning of rainy season). So I would just advise bringing a good mosquito repellent. Even if we opened the condo door for a moment to walk out the door, they would fly into the unit. But again, the unit itself was AMAZING and I would recommend staying here.

My family and I are very glad we stayed here instead of the hotel. He had a big condo plenty of room to spread out and get a good night sleep. The pool and bar are perfect. Also kelly and Olber were extremely helpful giving us plenty if information for our trip and setting up the excursions we wanted to. It was a fantastic trip!

This was the perfect spot for our girls getaway and this condo was beyond our expectations! Spacious, spotless, incredibly comfortable beds, lovely & quiet for sleeping. So central to everything...gorgeous beach, fun restaurants, shops & even a market around the corner. Lovely to have breakfast on the terrace before heading to the pool, which is steps away...a ground floor luxury! Can't wait to go back!

This condo was perfect! Secure parking and building. Ground floor location provided easy access into the front door and the amazing hotel pool (and swim-up pool bar) are just a few steps from the back patio! Also a very short walk to the lovely hotel Diria, tons of shops and restaurants, great beach, market for groceries - everything we needed. Having access to the hotel amenities was awesome! Adults and kids LOVED the location! Inside the unit was perfect - plenty of space, very clean. Comfy towels were provided for pool and bathrooms. Host was very responsive to all of our questions.

This place was absolutely wonderful and well kept. It was in a great location and the hosts were very responsive with recommending activities to do around the area. Our flight was delayed on the first day which resulted in us arriving extremely late. However, we were still able to access the property with no problems at all. Would book this place again!

We enjoyed our stay, the place was clean, with great AC and a clean condo. The pool was wonderful at the end of the day. All staff on site were very friendly. The beach was an easy walk, and we enjoyed having chairs provided, an umbrella would be nice to include but you can rent one at the beach. Having a washer and dryer was also nice as stuff takes a long time to dry with the humidity. The restaurants/market somewhat behind the condos was very convenient and had great food w/lots of variety. The only annoying thing was the people upstairs who sounded like they were moving furniture each morning around 6:30 am but we were up and that's not the fault of this unit. Bring bug spray!

Really fantastic place! We found this by accident when looking for the Diria Resort and it was much more affordable for 2 couples to have their own room (rather than 2 rooms at the resort). The pool was great and it's an easy 3-min walk to the beach. Tons of restaurants and shops around and extremely quick replies from the team with any questions we had (in English!) about covid testing, restaurant recommendations, etc. Thank you to Kelly and everyone who made this such a great stay!

We loved our stay here! The location was amazing and it was just steps from the pool and a 3 min walk to the beach! We had two older guest stay with us and where to condo was located was perfect! High ceilings and easy checking in and out made the expierence easy peasy. Definitely would stay here again!

Diria 102 was the right choice for my family and I! We loved the location on the 1st floor--easy access out to the pool without having to go through the condo gate (we went right out our back door!). We also loved the location--central to everything. We walked all over Tamarindo which is a cute town with every type of cuisine one could hope for. The beach was beautiful as well as the people of Costa Rica! The lagoon pool we had access to, right outside our condo, was amazing. We highly recommend this particular Diria unit and look forward to being back next year!
