This was a great stay with everything in a walking distance. Nearby tamarindo beach and restaurants/shops. The only negative were the beds besides the bed in the master bedroom. I had to sleep on the couch the last night.

This is probably one of the best if not the best locations in the heart of tamarindo. Not only that but the condo was very comfortable for our group of 8 and it’s very safe+ great lagoon pool. You can walk everywhere so no need for a golf cart. Huge thanks and special shout out to olber who organized and recommended lazy lizard sailing for an amazing sunset catamaran! It was such a great experience Ty!

This is our 3rd trip to Tamarindo and 2nd time to book through Bluewater/zone. Great condo and the best location we've had in the complex. I hope we can get the same one next year.

We loved our stay at this condo. The place is beautiful and very spacious, it had everything we needed. The pool area and the Diria Resort are wonderful, we loved every minute of it. The host was very responsive and helpful, thank you for making us feel welcome. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful and SO much space (2100 square feet and 3 bedrooms-1 king, 1 queen, 2 queen) and high end cookware/pots/pans to make a gourmet meal. We loved our stay here. We did laundry in the washer/dryer every day. Olber is very responsive and helpful. Diria is also the center of Tamarindo so you have everything you would need. Parking is easy, right in front of the condo with a security guard watching your car and letting you in 24/7.Our kids ages 3 and 7 went to the Exploranatura kids camp which is held June-Aug at Diria across the pool from this condo. They keep asking to come back here!

This condo and location are beautiful! We really enjoyed the pool and all the wildlife we spotted surrounding it. It’s close to many restaurants and there’s a crosswalk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Our visit was amazing !! The rooms were great , kitchen had everything we needed , patio had a beautiful view . The grounds were clean . Well equipped , and the management company communicated to us promptly with excellent info !

La casa fue perfecta para nuestro viaje! Toda mi familia disfruto mucho de la casa, de la ubicacion que tiene y ademas del hecho que tenga esa gran piscina al frente y acceso caminando a la playa. El acceso a la propiedad fue super facil, nos contestaron rapido cuando tuvimos dudas y en si la casa es preciosa y con muchos espacios para disfrutar. Volveria mil veces mas y gracias de nuevo por todo.

Kelly and her staff were amazing and helped us with any questions we had ahead of time and when we were there. . The drivers were great and all on time. The condo was perfect location and in great condition. No doubt when we come back to Costa Rica, we will use Blue Zone.

The Matapalo and Hotel Diria are beautiful. We had a group of seven, two of which were toddlers, and having a ground floor condo unit that fit us all was perfect. The pool is beautiful. And, the kids clubhouse is amazing. Gabby works there and she is wonderful to chat with and amazing with the kids. We have been to Tamarindo multiple times and thus far this is our favorite place to stay.

Took our family to Tamarindo to visit our daughter and to vacation. This was a great place to stay. The condo was nice and clean. The pool complex and swim up bar where awesome. Alejandro and team where very helpful during our stay. We eat out a lot and there were plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance

Location is PERFECT! We were two families traveling together and the space was ideal. Kitchen was stocked well and the extras with beach chairs and towels made it easy. Loved having a washer and dryer too!

I highly recommend Becky’s Condo! We spent a week on a family vacation along with our adult children. The location, facilities and service were all great. The communication was prompt and the recommendations were all spot on. We would definitely return to Becky’s place should we return to Tamarindo in the future.

We stayed at Matapalo 101, a condominium in the Diria property in downtown Tamarindo in early September. What a wonderful experience my wife and I had. This property is the closest one to the huge freeform pool. You can literally walk out the back porch and step into the pool. As a ground floor unit, you can park near the front door. No need to climb up any stairs. It is also directly across the street from the Diria Hotel which has a great restaurant for having cocktails and watching the incredible sunsets. The central location of Matapalo 101 made it easy to get around Tamarindo to all the good eating spots (there are many). It is well maintained and the smallest issues are quickly attended by the amazing team at Blue Water Properties.

Great place to stay during your visit to Tamarindo! The condo is fully furnished with every detail you could imagine, lavish finishes, and a patio that leads to an Infiniti pool you will love. Just steps to Mandarina for smoothies and wraps, or the sand and beach front restaurants, this rental is as central and close to everything you need/want in town as possible. We will book with Becky again.
