The kitchen is fully equipped featuring stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and wood cabinetry. This property measures 1,500 SF and has a private covered balcony with a gas grill and outdoor seating to enjoy world-class sunsets. There are 2 flat screen TV's with cable, Wi-Fi internet and a phone. There is a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board as well as a shared laundry room just down the hall. The condo complex's own clubhouse boasts an infinity-edge pool and lounge area.

- Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
- A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured with a CREDIT CARD. Security deposits are refunded 7 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items.
