This was a great spot for a work offsite. We were able to have our own spaces, come together to get work done, then go out on the ocean with the kayaks.

While it is located in a smaller town, we enjoyed the restaurants around and found it super casual and relaxing. Perfect.

Best family vacation!! This house was perfect for the 8 of us (and room for more). We had all ages, from 72 to 12. There was something for everyone! Alex made everything so easy for us and helped us with planning and suggestions for groceries, restaurants, etc.
We had Karen, the singing chef come prepare a meal one night, and it was fantastic! Marvin was available when we had questions related to the house. The pool and patio is where we spent so much of our time. Countless hours just enjoying the scenery. You can’t beat the location. Close to restaurants, ON the beach, close to markets. We walked, rode bikes, and then used rental car to get to other areas we wanted to explore. We would highly recommend this place and the staff that went above and beyond to make sure we had the best vacation!

Loved this place! We were pleasantly surprised to learn that it came with a manager Alex (amazing!) to help us coordinate adventures, make recommendations, buy food for us, etc. Also Marvin, who lives on site in a private space and is the gardener and provides security. We spent most of our time on the gorgeous covered deck enjoying the pool and views. This is a sleepy beach with mellow surf.

From the very first contact, we found the service provided by Blue Zone to be top notch. Alessandria assisted us with transportation to and from the airport, our car rental in advance of our arrival, dinner reservations on our first night. Our house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. My wife left her prescription glasses behind and Alessandria notified her before we arrived at our next destination. We would not hesitate to use their services again!

We were celebrating my 60th, and our stay was amazing!! The view from the patio was phenomenal!! We had 6 adults and 6 children. Ample room in the house, 2 living areas are very large. The ice maker on the patio was a big bonus! Location is very quiet and peaceful. Cannot rave enough about Marvin the groundskeeper and Alex our concierge, they were above and beyond!! The bonfire on the beach that Marvin provided was very memorable. We all enjoyed the pool, especially the children! Definitely try the massage at the house, we had them come twice. The location of the house enhances the sunset view!!

Perfect location for what we were looking to do. Out of the way enough to be private but still walking distance to markets and restaurants.
The house is very spacious, the pool is perfect and being on the beach allowed incredible sunsets every day.
Lots to do in the area and way more dining locations than we expected.

We recently returned from a two week stay at Casa de Suenos. It was our first time to Costa Rica, and the amazing staff that works for LEP was absolutely wonderful! Alexandra was such a gift to have to help us with anything we needed. She set up transfers to and from the airport, a rental car delivered to the house, stocked groceries upon arrival, private chefs, and tons of suggestions of things to do. The house itself was just heaven! Right on the beach, and close to TONS of other beaches. One day we just beach hopped and went to 5 beaches within one day, all within a 10 minute drive of the house. The pool was fantastic with beautiful views and sunsets. The house had everything we needed for a great "home base" while in Costa Rica. There was also plenty of restaurants within a short walk of the house. If you are looking for a place to stay, look no further! LEP will go above and beyond to make sure you have the most relaxing vacation you will ever experience!

Our family stayed at this property to celebrate my grandmas 80th birthday. There were 10 of us and the house was more than spacious for us. The house is gorgeous and clean. Alexandra was beyond helpful arranging all our transportation needs and setting up excursions for us. She put us in contact with a local chef who came to the house and prepared dinner for us. She arranged a golf cart rental for the week and it was perfect to get around town. Marvin the groundskeeper was onsite and available to answer any questions about the house and assist us with the kayaks and bikes. Our favorite part of this house was the pool, it’s on the second floor and the view of the ocean is amazing. The beach is very fine sand/silt so every wave turns up the silt, so it isn’t clear. We had an incredible time and would highly recommend this house.

Being an Airbnb Superhost I know a bit about hosting and I have to say this property and the staff are amazing. The house is just as described, but a lot bigger than pictures seem. Great bed, linens, towels. Spectacular views and the pool was always inviting. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries was a blessing. Having the water toys were a super plus for our group. The layout of the house is great for large groups. We were a group of 4 couples and it worked out well. The staff was top notch replying quickly to any questions we had or helping with bookings of a chef and taxis. And speaking of the chef we hired, Karen was AWESOME!! The food was delicious and she even sang at dinner for us. Marvin the grounds caretaker also was responsive and helped getting the water toys to the beach and back home and even built us a huge bongfire by the beach. I highly recommend

My group of 9 friends and I were very impressed by Casa De Sueños. It was very spacious, well maintained and had all the activities you could want. We spent hours in the pool and on the patio deck overlooking the oceans and sunsets, or down on the beach. The house had enough bikes for all of us as well as several paddle boards and kayaks. Marvin was a very kind groundskeeper and Alexandra was an incredible host/manager. She helped us coordinate transportation throughout the trip, plan excursions to Arenal Volcano area, Sunset sailing, tamarindo, etc. We even had Chef Karen come and prepare a traditional Costa Rican dinner on our final night at the house. It was delicious. The house was beautiful and the trip was one of a kind thanks to the management company. We can’t wait to return again! Thank you!

Beautiful home in cozy Potrero for a family vacation with our 3 adult children and their significant others. Well maintined and responsive staff. Will be back!

Casa Suenos was perfect for our family vacation for 7! Great location, plenty within walking distance including a small grocery store. House was sparkling clean and came equipped with pantry basics which was very nice. We didn't ever require any assistance from the caretaker, but it was nice having him there in case we did. He was extremely nice! Do not hesitate to book this house- it's great!

Stayed here over the holidays with family of 6 and really enjoyed our stay! The location is a definite plus. There are a number of restaurants that you can walk down the beach to or are a short bike ride away. We had a number of activities coordinated through Alex (Jet Skiing, seeing sea turtle nesting, fishing trip and hike at La Leona) all of them were very well coordinated and a great experience. We found that many of the restaurants filled up quickly, so dinner reservations were a must. The beach was beautiful and the house was well kept. Would highly recommend for the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure with the family!

Marvin was available when we arrived to ensure that we had everything we needed upon entry. And how could we not with the beach just steps away from the porch. Casa de Suenos is a Dream place to stay. The property had something on everyone’s wish list. Outdoor shower to wash off the beach, kayaks and boards to enjoy the water, pool for enjoying at night, and internet (yes we were mean parents and had our kids doing school while on vacation). We used the outdoor grill and refrigerator constantly. It was nice not having to run into the house to get a cold drink. There were even enough bedrooms for everyone! The management team provided us with requested groceries so that we did not have to run and find staples upon arrival. Which was perfect as we could start our vacation as soon as everyone picked their bedrooms. With four king bedrooms and two double twin bedrooms it was like Goldie Locks looking for the perfect room. Spacious, comfortable and relaxing beyond belief. Portero beach is not in the hub-bub of tourism, it felt as if we had our own private beach. We could not have asked for a better home place to enjoy the pura vida Costa Rica has to offer.

The property was FANTASTIC and accurately described. We could have not asked for a better location or domicile. My extended family and I go on annual vacations. This year it was my turn to select the location and the house. It was unanimously decided that the bar was set high with this location and will be hard to beat! The house has been beautifully taken care of, clean and offered a checkmark on all of the families desires – walking distance to the beach, internet access (for school - yes we were mean parents), outdoor shower, and a pool. Everyone even had their own room (a definite bonus!) I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wanted a piece of pura vida. The resident care taker, Marvin, was on hand to answer any questions and help, day or night. LEP management team was available offering services and or ideas for activities. The maid service was fantastic, she was almost invisible even though we were in and out of the house when she was cleaning. The Ticos whom support Casa Suenos are sincere and incredibly helpful. This property is delightedly off of the tourists beaten path. We enjoyed the quietness and a piece of Costa Rican Pura Vida. We drove the “Monkey Trail” many times to enjoy activities different beaches, jet skiing, hot springs, zip-lining, and gelatos to name a few. There was so much to see and do we could not fit it in our trip... guess we have to go back! But the best part was definitely enjoying all that Casa de Suenos had to offer – a place where this family could re-group, thaw out and enjoy the peace, beach, and tranquility!

Spent a fantastic week at the house with 2 other adult couples. Lots of rooms with own baths and king beds. Well equipped and clean; Viking appliances inside and out (on a great deck with infinity pool). Amazing stereo system thru house. on site caretaker/guard was there when you needed him but otherwise invisible. # working bikes, several kayaks and boogie boards with life preservers. As clean and near beach as pics (all pics accurate). AC in all bedrooms. Close walk to 4-5 good outdoor restaurants , 2 stores and a pharmacy. COncierge service got us groceries and was available to book all transport, tours and in house services (we did not use latter). Jimmy was always available by phone (excellent English). Great CR vibe in home of natural wood and stone, 1 hour from Liberia airport. Always felt safe on almost empty, beautiful beach. We highly recommend this home, rental company and town.

3 couples on a first trip to CR, and this location and home was fantastic;a great CR vibe with stone and local wood touches (exactly as seen in pics). Home is large, 4 comfy King beds plus 2 rooms of twins; viking appliance in open kitchen and also on large outdoor deck. We spent most of our time there right on the patio by the infinity pool (always clean and a perfect temperature). An amazing whole house stereo sytsem; caretaker/guard on site (there when you need him but otherwise invisible) but we felt safe at the house and in the small local town. An easy walk by beach or road to 2 grocery stores, a pharmacy and 5-6 really good restaurants (The Shack, Potrero Grill, Forketta, El Castillo, Perlas). Jimmy at LEP can help you do a catamaran snorkel cruise, rent jet skis, or get services at the house (massage, chef). He even got groceries for us to they were at house on our arrival. Beach is as close as pics, with toys shown (boogie boards, kayaks - 3 bikes were available during our stay). All agreed it was a site we could visit again (only 1 hour from airport at Liberia). Highly recommend!
