This vacation home is located 3 minutes walking distance to Potrero Beach and offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and functionality, providing an ideal retreat for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This two-story residence displays a modern and minimalist design, painted in white to exude elegance and enhance the abundance of natural light. The layout is well-thought-out, offering a comfortable and spacious environment for a relaxing stay.

On the ground floor, you'll find an open-concept living space that seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the necessary amenities for convenient meal preparation.

When it comes to rest, all our cozy bedrooms feature soft, plush bedding that invites you to unwind, while warm ambient lighting creates a tranquil atmosphere. Enjoy the perfect balance of serenity and style for a restful night's sleep. On the first floor there are two bedrooms each featuring a queen-sized bed and a shared common bathroom.

Moving to the second floor, you'll discover two more bedrooms. The first is the master bedroom, complete with a private bathroom, a television, a small desk, and a chair, making it a comfortable and private retreat. The second bedroom on this floor also comes with two queen-sized beds and its own private bathroom.

Throughout the house, air conditioning is provided in the living spaces and bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable climate for guests. The living room is equipped with a television, and the entire space is tastefully furnished with a modern touch.

Outside, the vacation house boasts a one-car garage for parking convenience. The outdoor area features a refreshing swimming pool, perfect for a leisurely dip, and a barbecue area with a covered gazebo for al fresco dining. There are also sun loungers for relaxation, an outdoor shower, and a beautifully landscaped yard. Additionally, there's a laundry room for added convenience.

As a guest of this property, we have included complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.

About the Area

Potrero beach is a rural charming community yet perfectly situated to easily reach some of Costa Rica’s most crowded towns near famous beaches in the Guanacaste northern area like Conchal, Flamingo and Tamarindo.

It is also close to Las Catalinas, a mediterranean-style residential development where you can find plenty of restaurants while Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide, perfect for swimming and sunning.

One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 35 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots.
