This beautiful newly constructed tropical vacation home is situated on over an acre of private land in the exclusive gated community of Catalina Cove, minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Upon entering through the teak wood doors, you will discover a welcoming Mediterranean style home with warm wood ceilings, custom decor, an abundance of sunshine and an open floor plan that includes a spacious living room and gourmet kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen features bar seating, a charming breakfast nook, and everything you'll need to prepare delicious tropical meals. Large sliding doors spill out onto a covered terrace where you can enjoy the sounds of birds and howler monkeys.

This covered terrace offers another dining area for 8 and a lounge area perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. A stunning built in 8 burner gas grill is ideal for a pool-side BBQ. The large infinity pool also has an adjacent plunge pool with built in seating and expansive terraces for sunbathing.

This house offers 4 bedrooms – two on the first floor and two on the second floor - all with individually controlled air conditioning, high ceilings with fans, and custom-built queen size beds with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. The first-floor master bedroom has a private back porch, and the second-floor master bedroom features a private balcony.

This paradise vacation home offers every luxury and comfort. The house is fully stocked with bonus items for your personal use, such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and more. We also include complimentary amenities like sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap, as a courtesy for your stay. There is an outdoor shower, a first-floor laundry room, high speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and 24-hour security.

In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

Catalina Cove

is ideally located between two of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. It is a leisurely 10-minute walk to Brasilito, the gateway to the world-famous Playa Conchal, known for its crystal-clear water and unique sand that is actually made up of tiny pieces of soft glimmering shells. And the pristine sugary white sand and warm turquoise water of Playa Flamingo is an easy 10-minute drive to the north. There are exciting activities nearby including hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, ATV tours and ziplining.

Also, within a few minutes' drive are fantastic restaurants, convenient grocery stores, and the elegant new marina offering fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving excursions. The bustling surf town of Tamarindo with its fun shopping, surf classes, beachfront restaurants and nightspots, as well as one of the world’s most famous surfing beaches, Playa Grande, are both less than 30 minutes away. And there are many day trip options such as the waterfalls, mud baths, natural hot springs and white water rafting at the beautiful Rincon de la Vieja Volcano, the thrilling mile long ocean-view zipline and wildlife

• Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
• A security deposit/authorization of $1000  is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 5 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
• Enjoy vacations even more with our maid service available for an additional fee of $55 taxes included.
• DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation.
