This house was perfect for two couples sharing. The house was clean and well stocked. The quality of the furniture (inside and out) was very good. The beds were on the firm side. We had a very enjoyable stay! It was difficult to get the check in information prior to arrival. I was asked for information while standing in line at customs. We did not have internet while driving to the house to receive check in QR code. This should have been taken care of prior to departure and I did request it
3 separate times via the app.

This was a great property that exceeded all expectations.

The house was very nice and clean, and in a gated community with a security guard at the front entrance. The house was hard to find in the neighborhood at night, as the number of the house was not easily visible. I felt safe knowing there was a home alarm system. The kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a ceiling fan. The A/C's worked well. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The pool was nice, and sand toys, beach chairs, and a boogie board were provided, though we did not discover them until the 3rd day. The home is close to all the nearby beaches, but it's better to have a car to drive to the beach than a golf cart. The only issue we had was that the fridge and freezer were not at the proper temperatures and our cold food items went bad. After maintenance coming twice to work on it and Alexa buying us some new groceries, the freezer was still off temp, so I asked for a refund for our groceries. We were given a 10% refund.

Nice place, we had some issues with the shower. It was a bit inconvenient but the host was able to address and get it fixed. Beautiful and clean property!

Estuvimos hospedados por una semana en la casa! Desde el inicio la comunicación fue rápida y con instrucciones claras.
Cuenta con una vista muy bonita y la localidad es buena para movilizarse a otros puntos (playas, supermercados etc)
La casa cuenta con muy buen espacio, tiene bastante seguridad en la entrada del residencial y en la casa hay un sistema de cámaras por todo el alrededor, lo que da seguridad pero quita privacidad en las áreas recreativas.
Al reservar una casa al precio que lo cobran sería buen detalle dejar algo de bienvenida pero no se toman el tiempo para hacerlo, dejan literal lo mínimo un aceite empezado, sal (poca) usada y café como para una persona.
Tuvimos un problema con el agua por una bomba que tuvo un desperfecto (lo cual se entiende que son detalles que pasan) llegaron rápido a solucionarlo. El único detalle es que tuvimos entrando y saliendo personas constantemente durante toda nuestra semana de vacaciones, lo que lo hacía un poco incómodo.

Great pool, great views, fantastic host! We come to Costa Rica about every other year and usually stay in Papagayo (on points/Andaz). This year we stayed for several days at The W but wanted to branch out to a rental - this was the perfect choice and thank you to Alex and the team for maintaining a wonderful space. Yes rent a car, very private neighborhood but super close to all of the towns and activities of the beach towns. Gracia restaurant is our new favorite in Costa Rica - go for the sunset - although the sunset from the back patio of our home was beautiful - poolside. Alex and her team saved me when I locked myself out of our safe (read the instructions if you’re used to hotel safes) and also was available to help when I tried to run our rental car out of gas. Great job Alex and the whole BZE team. I’m sorry to say that the service at local hotels was a bit below average but the BZE team was just outstanding. Thanks for an terrific stay

La villa era todo lo que esperábamos, hermosamente diseñada con muebles muy cómodos tanto por dentro como por fuera, y para colmo, una hermosa piscina infinita.
A sólo diez minutos en coche de la playa y de varias tiendas y restaurantes locales.
Mantendremos esto en nuestra lista para futuras visitas.

Alejandro's house is modern, clean & spotless. Has all the amenities listed. The view is gorgeous and peaceful and we really enjoyed our time around the pool. Had an issue with check-in and bed set-up but that was quickly resolved. Only thing to note is you book this through Airbnb but then all of the communication was done through Blue Zone via WA. This made things a little bit confusing. I think they should communicate via the Airbnb App which would make everything a little bit easier and avoid confusion. Overall, a great stay! Enjoyed the house, pool, neighborhood and had a great dinner at Gracia Mar Vista!

Great house, with an amazing view, perfectly set up for multiple couples as there are 2 main rooms with great views from the room. As well as an option for kids as there is also a bunk bed room.

Private secured entrance also a plus. Though locating at night of arrival was a little tricky. (complex is very large!)

Highly recommend, exceeded my expectations. Will be sure to visit again during my next trip.

Stayed there in October 2022. Have also stayed there several other times over the past 4 years. Every stay has been perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The area is gorgeous. Will definitely stay there again.

We loved the privacy of the gated neighborhood & outdoor pool/view! The kitchen was also very well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Hosts/concierge were very responsive & communicative. Quick access to beach areas, overall great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything looks just like the pictures and Alexandra was very helpful. She had useful recommendations for dining and was able to help us make a tour reservation. The beach is just a 5-10 minute drive. Very relaxing and peaceful stay.

Would recommend and stay again if near Playa Flamingo. Nice pool and a very clean place. Great recs from Alejandro and she was very responsive.

Overall a great stay, the house looks exactly like the photos and is very private. The outdoor area is incredibly serene with postcard views. We had mixed experiences at the on-site dinning facility, but it was helpful to have an option within the development. Don’t hesitate to stay here, but keep in mind you will definitely need a rental car to do anything.

Amazing Airbnb, would highly recommend to anyone. The property is in an amazing gated community, we always felt safe with the 24/7 security. The house itself is clean, modern and is extremely well equipped. The pool was spectacular to come home to, whether it was for a night swim or sunset view. Hope to stay here again in the future!

The house was stunning! Everything was perfect. The house was comfortable for our family of 6, the kitchen was beautiful and the sunsets from the deck and pool were nothing short of amazing!
Our kids used the gym at the clubhouse and said it was well equipped and very nice. My husband and I hiked the trails every day on the mar vista property and enjoyed them very much. We had beautiful views from the black trail.
Alexandra was very responsive and had answers to all the questions I asked. We would definitely book this property again!

This is a beautiful, bright, clean house with lots of room and incredible views. Located in a safe gated community with tons of security. This place has all the comforts of home; a well equipped kitchen, lots of outdoor furniture for watching the sunset, even a yoga mat to help you make good use of the large deck! The pool is beautiful and very clean. Communication was excellent and Alexandra was so helpful in planning our visit. It’s a great location with an excellent restaurant (Gracia Mar Vista) just down the road and a short drive to many beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Had a great time. It’s a partial view of the ocean but it’s great. The house was very clean and the attention from the host was great. Great location to enjoy Al beaches around.

Great house and well worth the price

Our stay was a get a way for our anniversary. It was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful location and amazing ocean view to wake up to every morning. Home was extremely well appointed with everything you could possible need. I was especially impressed with the kitchen. Being a chef, I can be a little picky : ). All staff we had contact with were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to Paradise! Thanks for a memorable stay!

This place was amazing, it has everything you need. It’s private & quiet with a great view to watch the sunset or sunrise if you’re an early bird like me. The house was clean and the concierge was extremely helpful with booking activities, excursions, transportation etc. The home has great decor and is set up nicely. It’s the perfect place to vacation for a peaceful getaway.

I loved the stay! Note that it is a little bit farther down the road from the google location provided. Also the wifi could be improved but the restaurant at the property has great wifi so really not a problem unless you’re uploading long videos like I was trying to do. The place was very clean and comfortable!

Alejandro’s Miramar 30 was exactly as pictured. There were five of us and the home accommodated all comfortably. The Casa is well appointed and we wanted for nothing. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was very inviting. Every morning and evening would find us sitting out on the deck, listening to the natural surroundings and lounging in the lovely pool. We enjoyed using Mar Vista as a home base because we explored other beach towns both north and south easily.—(Since we had a car rental) in surrounding areas there are plenty of places to purchase groceries, and there is also a great selection of sodas/ restaurants to chose from. We definitely will choose to stay here again if/when we come to this area of Costa Rica. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic property. All was well. Checkin with security was the only minor glitch but once we looked at a map we knew what property as there are two area. miramar and rios. This is in miramar. Super secure area. House layout is amazing with two rooms on the north and the master on the south. Great for families. The pool was awesome and the view. Kelly and Staff were diligent in communications and awesome at getting back to us as well as relaying information. The house cleaner was fantastic and I encourage If you are there to have the cleaning done. All in all this is a 5star place with a great view and amazing property. Would stay here again.

This house.. is everything you could ask for and more. It is beautiful, comfortable, accomodating, stylish.. and SPOTLESS.

The house is covered in beautifully arranged towels and papers when you arrive. The pool was spotless and clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and has brand new updated appliances.

If you are looking to treat yourself to a beautiful luxorious home.. this is the one. The neighborhood is amazing (gated) and safe…. and it is close to everything. 10/10 our best stay so far between 5 different cities in Costa Rica.

The house is stunning, decor beautiful, layout of the rooms - perfect. We had a magical stay and honestly did not want to leave. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. Beach/pool towels, beach chairs and umbrella, small cooler, everything! The views of Brasilito Bay were gorgeous to wake up to and even prettier in the evening as the sun sets. The air-conditioning worked great. There is truly nothing negative or critical to say about this property. We loved it and will be back!

The home was everything we expected and more. The location, value, and excellent service/response by the staff were impressive. We would highly recommend the home to all of our family and friends. A very enjoyable and relaxing experience.

This is one of the coolest spots you could wish to find. Not only is the pool amazing and all that, but there’s so many amazing spots nearby. The restaurant beside is fantastic.

The house is beautiful, its has everything to be needed in terms of kitchen appliances & more. The attention from the managers was great and fast whenever we encountered issues. 100% would recommend for how quite, peaceful and nice it is.

Not as private as expected. construction next door. Bed in guest bedroom was uncomfortable and there was a lump down the middle of the bed that made it impossible to cuddle.
