Elegant finishes like quartz countertops mix with personal touches like a French press coffee maker, while a built-in desk and workspace give the practical necessities for making this flat feel like home.
Elevated above the street, you’ll have natural privacy in Flat 14C Calle Cartagena. Natural light makes the home feel airy and bright, with large bedroom windows showcasing an expansive sunset-facing ocean view. The subdued colors and touches of natural wood give you that relaxed ambiance you were looking for.
There are A/C and ceiling fans for extra freshness. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, and a big closet, rest like loyalty in the top-of-the-line mattress and lines to get up brand new. There is comfortable a twin bed size sofa for an extra person. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. The Flat is also fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.

Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, and because of this, there will be construction in the area.
- 6:00 am - 7:30 am: Construction may begin with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed
- 7:30 am - 6:00 pm: Normal construction
- 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Construction may continue, with workers required to speak in low voices, and no power tools are allowed.
Our guests say that despite the construction going on, it did not affect their stay in the least bit.
