Nested at the top north ridge of Flamingo Beach, Splendor 360° is a complex of ocean-view fully-equipped luxury condominiums. Its privileged location features coastline, lush green forest, and of course, the most unbelievable sunsets that you can enjoy from our salt-water infinity pool or from the 5,000 sq. ft. rooftop terrace with a panoramic view… a perfect scenery almost impossible to beat.
Our gated community features a full-service concierge desk, with optic fiber 100MB Wifi in all units and common areas, so you can enjoy a movie, music, or social media from the terrace to the parking lot.
These vacation rentals combine modern and classic architecture to offer you privacy, comfort, and convenience as every accommodation is beautifully appointed with professional interior design, top-of-the-line appliances, furnishings, mattresses, and linens.
You will feel right at home with the layout of this one-bedroom condo in Playa Flamingo. It is fully A/C and has Wifi coverage all over. It also has a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.
You’ll enjoy an open-concept design in the kitchen and living areas that leads to a private terrace. The living area has a queen-sized pull-out sofa up for an extra person, a large smart flat-screen television with cable, and overhead lights with ceiling fans.
There are stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and oven. For dining, it features a breakfast bar as well as a glass-enclosed dining room and a small outdoor table. Additionally, we provide tables and chairs on the rooftop terrace which can be used for enjoying any meal.
This two-bedroom luxury villa has a spacious living/dining area with spectacular ocean views. It features bi-fold patio doors that open up to a large terrace overlooking Flamingo Beach and the infinity pool.
The large open windows provide great natural light and a fresh ocean breeze, bringing the outdoors in. Pops of color, beautiful artwork, and tasteful finishings create an atmosphere of complete serenity. Both bedrooms have a plush king-sized bed, a wall-mounted smart TV with cable, ample closet space, and a large bathroom. Granite-topped double vanities and a walk-in shower with double shower heads and a built-in bench make a luxuriously beautiful bathroom.

Keep in mind
- Limited parking space.
- Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
- A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured via CREDIT CARD. Security deposits are refunded up to 10 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items.
- Maid service is included twice for every 7 nights reserved or once in reservations of 4 or 5 nights. Additional maid service is available for a $55 fee.
- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that drones are prohibited due to this complex's regulations; it is considered a privacy violation.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Without any exceptions pets of any kind are not allowed, this includes service animals.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Alejandro's condo was awesome. It was our first time in Costa Rica and our expectations were high, so this spot do not disappoint. Breathtaking views and walkable to Playa Flamingo, restaurants and grocery store. If you are not afraid of a good workout, the walk back to the condo was a tough one as it's a steep uphill but there is always a golf cart close by to give you a ride.

Great accommodations with fantastic views from the entire facility. The evening sunsets from the pool a wonderful ending to every day. Shuttle service to the beach on the hour was a nice touch. Pura Vida!
Mehr Luxus geht in Costa Rica nicht. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. 360 im Namen sagt alles. Der Pool ist genial. Das Service perfekt. Die Kommunikation spitze. Es ist eine eigene Kategorie AirBnB. Top Level! Nicht billig aber es war das Geld wert. Vielen Dank an Flavio für die nette und professionelle Betreuung. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Was man bedenken sollte: Ein Auto oder GolfCart ist zu empfehlen. Gute Geschäfte sind nur mit Auto erreichbar. Die Auswahl an guten Restaurants ist eher gering.
Dafür bekommt man aber Entspannung und Sonnenuntergänge wie sonst nirgends.

From check in to check out, the staff was incredible! Very helpful and accommodating. The property was very beautiful with breathtaking views! Suites were perfect with a great floor plan, balconies in both rooms, huge kitchen and spacious bathrooms! Amazing sunsets every day too! I would love to stay there again!
