Nested at the top north ridge of Flamingo Beach, Splendor 360° is a complex of ocean-view fully-equipped luxury condominiums. Its privileged location features coastline, lush green forest, and of course, the most unbelievable sunsets that you can enjoy from our salt-water infinity pool, or from the 5,000 sq. ft. rooftop terrace with a panoramic view, where you can get immersed in this perfect scenery.
Our gated community features a full-service concierge desk, with optic fiber 100MB Wifi in all units and common areas, so you can enjoy a movie, music, or social media from the terrace to the parking lot. These vacation rentals combine modern and classic architecture to offer you privacy, comfort, and convenience as every accommodation is beautifully appointed with professional interior design, top-of-the-line appliances, furnishings, mattresses, and linens.
You will feel right at home with the layout of this one-bedroom condo in Playa Flamingo. It is fully A/C and has Wifi coverage all over. It also has a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.
You’ll enjoy an open-concept design in the kitchen and living areas that leads to a private terrace. The living area has a queen-sized pull-out sofa for an extra person, a large smart flat-screen television with cable, and overhead lights with ceiling fans.
There are stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and oven. For dining, there is a breakfast bar as well as a glass-enclosed dining room and a small outdoor table. Additionally, we provide tables and chairs on the rooftop terrace from where you can enjoy a meal.
The bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, wall-mounted smart TV with cable, ample closet space, and a large bathroom. Granite-topped double vanities, a walk-in shower with double shower heads, and a built-in bench make for a luxuriously beautiful bathroom.

Keep in mind
- Limited parking space.
- Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
- A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured via CREDIT CARD. Security deposits are refunded up to 10 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items.
- Maid service is included twice for every 7 nights reserved or once in reservations of 4 or 5 nights. Additional maid service is available for a $55 fee.
- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that drones are prohibited due to this complex's regulations; it is considered a privacy violation.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Without any exceptions pets of any kind are not allowed, this includes service animals.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Great place with spectacular view. A bit isolated on top of the hill, but they were always very responsive retrieving my car and the beach was less than a 2 min drive. Lots of great restaurants nearby but if you need food then stop along the way as the small store close by is very inadequate.
Very nice room, beautiful views
We always love 360Splendor. This was the first time staying at Alejandro’s place, and it was as great as the other condos we’ve stayed there. All the people who work at 360Splendor are amazing, especially the concierge. We love having coffee in the morning on the roof—the views are unbelievable.
One thing to note is that it is on the ground floor, which is not a problem. But the apartment numbers may throw you.

"Playa flamingo paradise."
We enjoyed our stay very much. We were a family of 18 and rented 5 units. The units were interconncected but could be private, perfect for us. The staff was amazing particularly Flower who answered our many questions. We used the roof top terrace for dinner one evening, was perfect for sunsetting. The pool was perfect for our eight grandchildren and their families and the free sshuttle took us everywhere we needed to go.
"360 Stay"
Our stay was fantastic! The one bedroom unit was clean and very comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool and Flamingo bay, it was hard to leave. but we will be back for sure!OH and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating!
