Keep in mind
- Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
- A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 3 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
- Maid service is included every 3 days at no additional charge. Additional maid service is available for an additional fee of $55.
- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is prohibited due to the regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation.
