This new 3 Bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is located 50 minutes from the Liberia International Airport. Dos Rios 19 is a single-level home with a split floor plan and is perfect for couples, families, and friends and sleeps 7-8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a King bed with top-of-the-line mattress and linens, A/C, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, closet, digital safe, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed, comfortable mattresses and linens, a closet, A/C, and a full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full-size bunk bed and a full bathroom. There is also a half bath off the main living area. There is an additional futon sofa in the living area for an additional guest.
There is reliable high-speed WiFi at the house as well as a Satellite TV and a washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The main living area has a dining area as well as plenty of seating and a 50" LED Smart TV, and A/C. The master and guest bedrooms have a smart TV as well as access through the sliding doors to the private covered terrace area and pool. The terrace area has pool loungers as well as a dining table! The infinity edge pool is a lap pool as well and has nice ocean and forest views! There is a large stainless steel BBQ grill for your personal use. All of this while surrounded in a pristine jungle environment amongst nature and within a private, secure community, close to many area beaches, yet far enough away from the tourists and noise!
The house is fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

This new home is located within the 900-acre development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach--amenities include tennis, an ocean view clubhouse with an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, a swim-up bar and restaurant, hiking and biking trails, a yoga deck, and 24/7 security. If you ever need anything during your vacation, we are in the same community and are happy to assist you with anything you may need!
Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the worldโs most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home services, and more!
