The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.
The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible!

- A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN and can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 3 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items).
- DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is completely prohibited due to regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation
- SMOKING PROHIBITED: Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
- ANIMALS/PETS PROHIBITED: Animal companions, including service animals, are not allowed.
- PARKING: The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Thank you so much for being a part of our community and for your understanding. Parking on the main road is prohibited.Â

Our guests say that despite the construction going on, it did not affect their stay in the least bit.
