It is a great space for entertaining or accommodating guests in the double-size sofa bed. There is also reliable high-speed internet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, and because of this, there will be construction in the area.
- 6:00 am - 7:30 am: Construction may begin with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed
- 7:30 am - 6:00 pm: Normal construction
- 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Construction may continue, with workers required to speak in low voices, and no power tools are allowed.
Our guests say that despite the construction going on, it did not affect their stay in the least bit.
