This single-level vacation rental has a split floor plan perfect for couples, families, and friends. It is full of natural light and you can see the forest of the ocean from every room. It has 3 bedrooms with top-of-the-line mattresses and linens, A/C, and 2.5-bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a closet, a digital safe, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a closet. The 3rd bedroom has a twin over a full-size bunk bed. These bedrooms have a shared bathroom.
The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The main living has a dining area as well as plenty of seating, a 50" LED Smart TV, and A/C. The master and 2nd guest bedroom have access through the sliding doors to the private covered terrace area and pool. The terrace area has pool loungers as well as a dining table, the perfect spot to have breakfast or dine while watching the ocean! All of this is surrounded by a pristine jungle environment amongst nature! There is reliable high-speed WiFi at the house, as well as a Satellite TV, washer, and dryer.
This vacation rental feels more like home. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as coffee, basic spices, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. Mar Vista Community is situated amongst nature and within a private, secure community, close to many area beaches and yet far enough from noise. This ocean view home is located within the 750-acre development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach. Amenities include tennis, an ocean-view clubhouse with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, swim-up bar, and an amazing on-site restaurant (Gracia), gym, hiking and biking trails, yoga deck, and 24/7 security.
Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the worldโs most famous surfing beaches, Playa Grande, is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease.
